Who: this is an independent fan initiative run by Gabriel Nastase (data controller). Contact: [email protected].
What we collect: the video you send (your face and voice), the first name and the city/country you type, the site language and the date you sent it. You must be 16 or older to send a video.
Your IP address: we do not save it with your message. We save only a one-way code derived from it, which cannot be turned back into the address and is used only to limit spam (max 3 videos per day from the same connection). Like any website, the server keeps technical logs that include IP addresses, for security; they are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Why: to publish your message on this site and on the initiative's social channels, based on your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
Review before publication: nothing goes online automatically. Every video is watched by a person before it is published. Videos we decide not to publish are deleted for good, together with your name and city: we keep no archive of unpublished faces.
How long: until the end of the initiative, or until you ask us to remove your video. Write to the address above with your first name and roughly when you sent it: we delete it within 7 days. Note that once a video has been shared on social media, we can remove it from our own channels, but not copies made by others.
Where and who helps us: videos and data are stored on our server hosted by IONOS in the United Kingdom (a country recognised by the EU as offering adequate protection). Cloudflare protects and speeds up the site and sees your IP address while you browse. Fonts are served from our own server. Social networks apply their own rules to what is published there.
Your rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies: none for tracking or advertising. The site remembers your language choice in your browser.
